Scarlett Johansson, American actress (born on November 22nd, 1985 New York City New York) has received acclaim for her ability to act across different genres ranging from the period dramas through thrillers to action films. Johansson was the daughter of a renowned architect, as well as producer, was brought up within New York City. Hunter was the twin of her younger sister. As a young girl of just 7 an old, the actress began making auditions for TV commercials. Soon after she enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and afterwards went to the Professional Children's School in Manhattan for further training in her craft. In the year she turned eight old, Johansson starred alongside Ethan Hawke as Sophistry in Off-Broadway productions. And at age nine her debut film was Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson later appeared in Just Cause (1995), but her first break occurred with Manny & Lo a coming of age film about sisters running away. The Horse Whisperer (1998) Johansson's role, which is the role of a teenager with a facial disfigurement, received praise from reviewers. In the following years, she gained fame as the cynical teenager Rebecca on the film Ghost World. She is one of its main actors. Alongside her part on the television show she was also a stage actor for many years. She delivered stunning performances in Wildflower and in other productions. Renee Felice Smith started her career in entertainment as a child. When she was a kid she was captivated by acting. Smith found her first role as an actor at age six thanks to her parents. She starred in a TV commercial for Dannon yogurt. The same as other newbie actresses in her position the actress honed her talents on the stage. Her work included various USA productions, while also performing on stage with Wildflower. She studied at The Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
